Reputation is shared by everyone on the same infrastructure. So we don't share ours. Every account is vetted before the first message leaves.
A card at signup keeps out the accounts that exist to burn a domain and leave. It costs you $9. It costs them everything.
You send from a domain you own and have verified. One per account. Your reputation is yours, and nobody else's mail can touch it.
Each email is checked at the door, before a provider ever sees it. Abuse gets stopped here, not reported to us later.
Bounce and complaint rates are enforced on every account, ours included. A bad list gets paused before the inbox notices.
